Represent Investment Services Corporation in your marketing/sales territory, on a non-exclusive basis – for all forms of finance described above. The work requires creativity, vision, and a general understanding of finance, and the ability to translate this knowledge into development of new business opportunities for the benefit of mutual clients. You provide the sales lead, the problem/opportunity and preliminary facts; we provide the solution, and you are paid a negotiated fee with each successful closing.
Call on medium and large energy users, property owners, manufacturers, property managers, developers, colleges and universities, public companies and other commercial, institutional, industrial and government accounts. Independent Contractors must have an affinity for comprehending financial problems/opportunities and dealing with them responsibly and successfully. They must have an affinity for projects in any field they choose to bring to our attention. We follow an “open door” policy, and will entertain any practicable finance opportunity – in any field, provided the project has merit and substance.
Each transaction will be structured differently, consistent with the facts involved. Independent Contractors are protected with respect to compensation – we operate on a success-fee basis only. We will not accept any cases where the prospective client has paid up-front fees intended for ISC. We seek finance, teaming, joint venture, co-bidding, government contracting, partnering and related business opportunities. Bring us the project; we will get it done, or will say quickly why not. You will be an Independent Contractor in the fullest sense of the words, and not by any means an employee of Investment Services Corporation. You will be responsible for your own expenses, and may not incur expenses of any kind in the name of Investment Services Corporation.
