     Investment Services Corporation generates, processes, and places residential mortgages through a major mortgage company, which is licensed in most states. We do first and second mortgages. Our team provides a wide range of real estate financing solutions and offers fast approval services on loans of all types, and all credits – A through D – at competitive rates and terms. No application fees. A summary of our capabilities in this field follows. 24-hour approvals; same day, in some instances.

  1. Call or send email with any questions, at any time. Quick response is assured.
  2. Complete Mini-application or Client Information Sheet for preliminary offer.
  3. Submit electronically by completing our electronic form herewith.
  4. Mini-application data will be reviewed and someone will telephone you to discuss potential offers and to further evaluate the situation – within 24 hours (same day, depending on the time received). Credit reports will not be pulled without consent.
  5. After discussions with the applicant and a decision is made to go forward, a standard Form 1003 package, including pertinent instructions or checklists, will be provided by overnight express mail.
  6. Upon receipt of additional information, your application will be processed quickly, in accord with our prior discussion and understanding.
  7. You will be kept informed as to progress and closing schedules.
  8. Information provided to us shall be treated in absolute confidence. A copy will be provided to no one, except the mortgage company with which we work on residential mortgages. That name will be disclosed as the process evolves.
