Virginia VHDA
- FHA jumbo up to 729,750, with a matching term 2nd for down payment and closing
- 2nd up to 5% of sales price for down payment
- Underwritten like a regular FHA Loan
- Great FHA Plus and Conventional Rates
- FHA Plus must have 1% of own funds into transaction
Maryland Gift Grant
- Program allows 100% in most counties with a minimum $1000 contribution
- Purchaser must have a minimum of $1000 of their own funds
- 5 year forgivable loan
DC HPAP Program
- Have personal funds to cover 3% of the purchase price of a selected house or a minimum of $500 toward the purchase of a selected house.
VA (Veteran) Loans
- VA allows up to $729,270
- All closing costs can be paid and seller can pay some debts to qualify
- Even Ineligible veterans may now qualify!!!
USDA Loans
- For properties located in Rural Development eligible areas
- Buyer must demonstrate steady and dependable income
- Allow up to 100% financing. No loan limit!!!
- Income must fall within guidelines
- Property must be owner occupied
As always, If buyer doesn't qualify,
FHA allows 100% gift from family or relative.
