These resources enable us to offer comprehensive funding opportunities for colleges and universities, hospitals, multi-family housing, retail, hotels and resorts, condominiums, cooperatives, golf courses, churches, office buildings, shopping centers, and senior housing.

Though we welcome various inquiries, we do have ideal projects in mind.  We typically seek $5 million projects at a minimum and are currently focusing on franchise finance for retail chains stores.   We are looking for packages from owners seeking to sell and leaseback, or seeking to refinance. Our minimum in this category is $10MM, and the facilities may be aggregated to reach the minimum amount shown.
